WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

CAN I SCHEDULE AHEAD TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT?
Please do. Although we are in the office Monday through Friday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm to accept walk-ins, we are more than happy to schedule a time to meet with with you any time of the day, any day of the week. Click here for an appointment.
HOW LONG SHOULD I SET ASIDE TO DESIGN MY JEWELRY IDEA?
The typical appointment lasts one to two hours, depending on the complexity of the design, and what you already have planned out. One helpful hint; after scheduling your appointment it is helpful if you can send us images or sketches of what you have in mind. That helps us get the creative juices flowing on our end.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO A SCHEDULED VISIT?
You can bring anything you like that will help us understand and visualize exactly what you desire. Photos, sketches, video, other jewelry pieces, fig newtons, or just your imagination. We can work with it all. Feel free to email any images, sketches, or ideas you have ahead of time to Tom at the studio.
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER MY FIRST APPOINTMENT?
We typically follow up in a couple days with high quality renderings of your design as well as having a wax model that you can physically try on. And be sure to save some time after your appointment because there are some wonderful places to eat and visit around the Design District. Go here to see a few of our favorite suggestions!
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO COMPLETER MY RING?
From the time you approve the CAD design or wax casting, you can expect your ring in as little as five business days.
CAN I WATCH MY JEWELRY BEING CREATED?
You absolutely can.  Our shop is set up so you can watch the entire process if you would like.  We actually encourage you to meet the craftspeople who create your ring. And we always have complimentary beer and wine available while you’re here.
WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO DO IN THE DESIGN DISTRICT?
Make your time with us at the studio part of a day or evening experience. There is so much to see and do in the area. Check out Trinity Groves for an incredible selection of restaurants all in one place, hit up Alamo Draft House for a movie, and stop by Ascension Coffee on Oak Lawn for an espresso or glass of wine. Need a recommendation? We’re happy to give you suggestions of our personal favorites.
WHAT TYPE OF PRICE RANGE SHOULD I PLAN FOR?
We will work hard to create the design you are dreaming of and to keep it in the budget you give us. The rings we make typically start between $3000 to $5000 and go up from there, which for a high quality one of a kind custom piece is unheard of. Especially in the time frame we work in. But we’ve created $1500 pieces and pieces $50,000 and up. The most common way we work is for you to give us a budget you are comfortable with, and we will work to design your idea in a way that fits that budget. HOW CAN I CLEAN MY JEWELRY AT HOME?
Most jewelry can be cared for in some way at home, although if there is major cleaning needed, feel free to stop by the studio and let us do it for you. For home cleaning instructions, click here...

We are a full service jeweler. Â From simple ring sizing and gem setting to "start from scratch" custom jewelry design, and everything in between, we want to be your one stop shop.
DO YOU OFFER A WARRANTY?
Absolutely. We offer a 5 year or Lifetime warranty. Visit or call the studio for details.
CAN YOU WORK WITH GOLD, SILVER, OR PLATINUM THAT I ALREADY OWN?
Yes.  If you have old rings, bracelets, or other jewelry that you don't wear, and would like them re-imagined into new styles, we will absolutely work with you.
WILL YOU BUY MY OLD JEWELRY?
Yes we will. Â We will give you the best offer we can on your old precious metals, diamonds, and gemstones.
