CONTEST RULES

• Winner must be over 18 to win and able to show a valid state ID or driver’s license.

• Winner must pick up your prize in person at our studio in the Dallas Design District.  We cannot ship the ring to the winner.

• Winner is responsible for all taxes, fees, and other monetary obligations assessed by the state and federal government.

• Winner must fill out the entire entry form to be registered.

• We will not sell the information of anyone who registers to any outside businesses or agency.  We will only use that information for this contest and for our Jewelry Theory contact list.  Once the contest is over, you can unsubscribe at any time.  

• We do reserve the right to use the winners name when announcing the winner of the contest.  We will post the winner's name only, and exclusively on our own website and social media accounts.

• Multiple entries will not raise the odds of winning.  Duplicate entries will be deleted.

• If you would rather register in person, you may do so at our studio on or before 4pm November 6th.  That is also the latest time to register online.

• Winner will be chosen on November 13th and will be announced once the winner has been notified.

• Winner has 30 days from the date they are contacted to pick up the prize in person.  If prize is not picked up within the 30 days, a new winner will be chosen and contacted.
